If you have the down payment and document fee then you are qualified. We don’t do credit or background checks. You simply agree to make the monthly payments on time each month and we carry the note on the property. Best of all, there is no interest and no pre-payment penalty.
Once your down payment clears, we’ll send your entire deed package via email. The packet includes a purchase and sale agreement, a land contract, a promissory note as well as maps and photos. You will sign the documents digitally and then we will set you up on automatic monthly payments. This whole process should take no more than a week.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason within the first 45 days after closing on a terms sale, or within 7 days on a cash sale you can contact us and we will either exchange your parcel for another one or refund your principal payments. We want you to feel confident in your decision.
